Anula Courtis
Chief Executive Officer
Anula Courtis is 340Best’s CEO and founder. She is also the architect of InfoPoint – the company’s state-of-the-art, robust platform behind 340Best’s technology-driven services. Anula draws on more than 25 years as a healthcare technology consultant where she developed strategic solutions for 340B, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and other complex programs. Clients benefit from this expertise as she helps them navigate issues stemming from ineffective technology and processes affecting their 340B compliance, eligibility, and savings. Simultaneously, Anula is a founder and managing partner of Genex Consulting – a management consulting firm specializing in medical eligibility. Anula extends her knowledge to other companies, serving as a technical advisor on a private tech company’s Board as well as the part-time CIO for a start-up prescription benefits management company. Recently, Anula was also appointed Chairperson of the Human Rights Commission of Woodstock, New York. Prior to her current roles, Anula Courtis worked at McKinsey & Company.
Michelle Oppong
Interim COO
Throughout her career, Michelle has focused on initiatives to decrease costs and implement solutions that improve financial and operational results in the pharmacy business.
She has provided strategic, operational, financial, managerial, and clinical consulting services to hospitals, health systems, retail pharmacies, and other pharmacy entities. She specialized in revenue cycle management, strategic pricing, 340B program compliance and optimization, and medication management.
She has worked in clinical and administrative roles, including academic hospital pharmacy and retail pharmacy environments, concentrating on clinical and educational project management and operational improvement.
Shelly earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University and completed an ASHP/APhA accredited pharmacy practice residency focusing on community care. Her residency project earned her an APhA Foundation Incentive Grant for Practitioner Innovation in Pharmaceutical Care.

Jeff Collins
Interim CTO
Jeff graduated from Cornell University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He spent the next 8 years as a UNIX operating system developer and manager. Between 1988 and 1991, Jeff worked at the Open Software Foundation (OSF) as the Project Manager. OSF was a consortium of over 100 companies working to create a unified UNIX operating system.
Jeff worked as a consultant between 1992 and 1997. His clients included IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation, Honeywell, and Bell South. In 1997, Jeff founded Onyx Technologies with 2 other partners. Onyx developed an instant online personal and corporate credit scoring system. Onyx was sold to Fair, Isaac Co. in 2001.
Between 2001 and 2010, Jeff worked with his wife Lisa and others to start and establish a private, non-profit, K-12 school in their community – the Zena Democratic School.
In 2010, Jeff returned to his role as a consultant.

Ameya Khati
Quality Assurance Manager
Ameya Khati is 340Best’s Lead QA engineer. She has extensive expertise in analysis, design, deployment, and quality assurance for scalable systems. During her 7 years of professional experience, she has worked in varied fields ranging from aerospace, mechanical design software to e-commerce. She has a special competency in BOM and configuration management for aerospace and payment and customer management portals for e-commerce. Ameya is proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management. Her interests include server administration and design, implementation of automation frameworks and DevOps. She has multi-disciplinary experience working with US, Indian and French companies.
Ameya is deeply invested in social issues through her leadership as President of the California Institute of Technology’s International Spouse Club (CISC) and her outreach efforts in Pune, India to help home-chefs bring their culinary skills to the market. In her free time, Ameya likes to hike, bike, and travel to new destinations, besides keeping her bumbling husband alive.
Ameya is deeply invested in social issues through her leadership as President of the California Institute of Technology’s International Spouse Club (CISC) and her outreach efforts in Pune, India to help home-chefs bring their culinary skills to the market. In her free time, Ameya likes to hike, bike, and travel to new destinations, besides keeping her bumbling husband alive.
